"Exceptional"

Everything - the hotel was great, super staff, nice location, great pool & sun beds, small but very functional gym, very quiet at night, lots of place to park in front of the hotel - one suggestion : have (free) water available at the bar during the day. Otherwise everything was perfect, thanks !!

die Unterkunft ist wie eine Oase - strahlt Ruhe aus, man sieht die Berge vom Frühstücksbereich und vom Pool , einfach eine herrliche Atmosphäre

"Breves días de estancia en el paraíso"

Unas instalaciones excelentes, más tranquilas de lo que podíamos imaginar, confortables en prestación y en atención. Un diez el equipo, amable y amigable y a la vez muy discreto. El desayuno y el servicio de cocina, excelente y muy bien atendido. Un hotel para volver, así que no lo digáis en redes, que corre riesgo de masificarse.

El hotel es muy tranquilo, desayuno muy bueno y las instalaciones están muy bien. El desayuno en la piscina es increíble. El personal es muy muy agradable. Un 10. Se puede aparcar alrededor sin ningún problema.

Dos cosas que mejoraría son el horario de la piscina y en la habitación las barras para las toallas dentro de la bañera son molestas y hacen el hueco más pequeño.

"Boutique Hotel - an oasis of calm in centre of resort."

Staff extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient Fabulous pool and garden, with complimentary towels. Separate towels provided for beach. Very stylish public areas (upgraded since our last visit). Superb breakfast, served at pool trrrace. Great location - easy walk to beach and village amenities. Local bus stop 50m away for buses to Pollensa (market, restaurants and cafes) and Puerto Pollensa. Easy parking in local streets. Super bar, with good prices and excellent service. Quiet relaxed atmosphere - an oasis of calm in the centre of the resort.

Nothing. Rooms could maybe do with upgrade, but spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Struttura obsoleta sia nell’ arredamento sia nei fondamentali : aria condizionata mal funzionante si spegneva continuamente . Bagno di almeno 30 anni ( doccia bella vasca plastica ) .ultima notte ho trovato un ragno nel letto che mi ha punto , per cui sto assumendo antibiotici . In una parola :un disastro

"We enjoyed the stay and it was a good base for our holiday."

Very well looked after and maintained with nice internal and external spaces.

Lack of soul or buzz and a bit lifeless. Sometimes too quiet. No parking facilities.
