Hotel Celymar

Hotel recién reformado muy bien, Desayuno en Bar muy bueno. Habitación bien.

La recepcionista que nos entregó las llaves malos modales en la Atención al Público., en la habitación se escucha mucho los ruidos,los portazos y las conversaciones, me abrieron la puerta desde afuera ( tiene picaporte desde afuera)por no cerrar con llave desde adentro

The rooms were clean and tidy. Although it had only opened that day we arrived, so it should be. Great storage options with draws. The little balcony was a bonus.

On arrival there was a note on the door saying to check in at a location nearby as reception was closed. At the alternative location, a sister accommodation, the check in process took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Just 2 people in front of me. The receptionist didn't have any answers to my question about the Celymar WiFi facilities, or safe, saying he thought they wasn't available. He told me breakfast was served until 10.30 am each day. He promised to call me to confirm WiFi details but didn't. The guests prior to me checking in were also staying at the Celymar. They were handed a voucher for a welcome drink in the bar. I wasn't. Guessing it's a nationality thing. Although speaking Spanish myself I guess he thought I didn't understand. On arrival at Celymar I saw boxes with keys in reception. I'm guessing these were the safes, because there wasn't any in the bedroom. On arriving at the breakfast room at 9.55 am the next day I was advised that breakfast wasn't available because it closed at 10 am not the 10.30 am I had been told at check in, or as advertised on booking.com. The restaurant staff was very rude and would even let me get my disabled husband a coffee. Unfortunately, so many things went wrong. All they said was, well it's the first day. Bring the duster hotel of another you would think they would have done experience in customer care and satisfaction. Things can only get better 🤞

Clean, nice place, next to the police station-safety granted :-) close to locals, beach and tourists center. No car needed, 20 mins by walk from bus station, few mins to the beach and main shopping/dining area. Breakfast are nice, on Monday at the Fleming hotel few mins by walk. We had a room with big terrace, loved it. Bathroom is spacious, with window and with bidet, would not expect in such property. I would say is at least 3stars hotel.

Wygodne łóżka. W pokoju czysto. Urozmaicone śniadania. Zasługuje na więcej niż jedną gwiazdkę. Do dyspozycji basen dla gości w hotelu obok. W nawiązaniu do śniadań - duży wybór wędlin, Soków, pieczywa. Wszystko świeże i regularnie dokładane - bardzo miła obsługa bufetu.

Recepcja w podanej lokalizacji jest stale nieczynna. Konieczne jest przejście do hotelu oddalonego o 300 metrów. Jest to znaczące utrudnienie, ponieważ nie ma możliwości zostawienie bagaży i przejścia gdyż drzwi wejściowe do budynku są na kod. Bardzo byłem rozczarowany procedurą check in. Spędziłem ponad godzinne oczekując na zameldowanie w recepcji (4 osoby były przede mną. Nie jestem w stanie odpowiedzieć czy były to chwilowe problemy techniczne czy standardowy czas oczekiwania (15-20 min na jeden pokój). Jednak straciłem mnóstwo czasu który mógłbym lepiej wykorzystać.

Ese hotel lo conocemos antes de cambiar de empresa, y el personal y todo lo demás era estupendo

Al ser el primer día de apertura con los nuevos propietarios, mala gestión para el primer día, el chekin se hacía en el hotel Flemin, que tenía nuevo programa informático, con una cola impresionante para hacerlo, en un inicio de puente con mucho público, la gente con las maletas de un lado a otro, por que la recepción no funcionaba y el cuarto de las maletas tampoco, mala Gestión por parte de la nueva empresa, menos mal que el personal con lo que eso conlleva fue amable en todo momento en especial CLAUDIO Espero que siga siendo el pequeño hotel con calidad precio que era y con la nueva empresa no lo eché a perder
