La literie était confortable et faite tous les jours. L’hôtel était très bien placé. Le buffet à volonté du petit déjeuner était bon et complet.

La chambre était sale, le sol n’était pas nettoyé, moutons de poussières, cheveux… il y avait une très forte odeur d’humidité. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a été très gênant durant les nuits chaudes. Aucune solution n’a été apportée, ni ventilateur, ni eau à disposition ! Le second jour, il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude et très peu de débit pour l’eau froide.

Das Hotel ist jedoch sehr alt, ungepflegt und schmutzig. Das Geschirr im Restaurant war oft schmutzig. Die Zimmerreinigung war in Ordnung, aber der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels ist sehr schlecht. Die Schalldämmung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden – man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarn und sogar andere Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist so schwach, dass Duschen kaum möglich ist. An einem Tag gab es für einen halben Tag überhaupt kein Wasser – weder kaltes noch warmes, nicht einmal die Toilette funktionierte.

La cama era cómoda. A escasos metros de una muy buena playa con chiringuitos y supermercado. El trato de Emilio y la camarera ucraniana ( no sabemos su nombre ) una mujer muy maja,los dos siempre con una sonrisa. La fruta del buffet.

No nos gustó la comida del buffet, muy mala calidad, se puede tener productos baratos y hacer que sea visualmente bonitos y apetecibles,verduras tal cual abiertas de la lata sin sofreír sin algo de tomate o cebollita y la bollería toda a medio hornear,cruda . El pan de la noche no era hecho de las 6-6:30 de la tarde.mucho producto de cuarta y quinta gama.No había presión en la ducha,salía fría casi siempre,el ascensor izquierdo no funcionaba bien. La piscina la cerráis muy pronto. El aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar los últimos días. Toalla de ducha muy pequeña.

My stay at this property was horrible. We stayed for 3 nights originally booked for 4 nights from but was forced to check out early due to unacceptable conditions at the hotel. Upon checking in our room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning unit was making a loud rattling noise and was not functioning properly. We reported the issue to the front desk, and staff acknowledged they were aware of the problem and assured us it would be resolved by the following day. Unfortunately, the room remained hot and the air conditioning was still not working. The situation worsened when the property’s water service failed. After leaving for the beach, we were informed that the water outage would be fixed within an hour. However, when we returned, there was still no running water from the shower, sink, or restroom facilities, making it impossible to shower or use the bathroom. At that point, we requested a refund due to the ongoing issues with both the air conditioning and water service. We were told there was nothing the hotel could do we had no choice but to check out early and book accommodations else where The conditions at the property were neither reasonable nor acceptable, and several other guests were also expressing similar complaints. We paid for a stay that did not provide basic necessities such as a functional air conditioning system and running water. Did not receive compensation for these problems in counter during my stay.
