GBStaff were really friendly and helpful. Explained check in, check out process, arranged taxis for us. Couldn't fault them at all. Great location, lovely sea view from the balcony and apartment had everything you'd need.

C’è troppa umidità nell’appartamento. Addirittura gli asciugamani puliti sembravano bagnati a causa dell’umidità e, durante la notte, l’aria era pesante e difficile da respirare. Sono convinta che ci sia della muffa nascosta sotto la pittura. Inoltre, non c’è alcuna differenza tra l’appartamento Superior e quello standard: pagare di più è uno spreco di soldi. Anche il servizio è stato deludente, una sera è mancata l’acqua e non siamo state avvisate…il numero di emergenza non funzionava.

Cleaning was only done once during our one-week stay, which isn't quite enough for a beach holiday with four people. Additionally, the water heater didn't seem to work properly, as we often ran out of hot water before all four of us could shower. We were also short on basic supplies like toilet paper and soap, and the staff only provided one extra when we asked. It would be a great touch if the property kept a few essentials stocked, or even started a "community pantry/supply" system where guests can leave unused basics for the next person. Since we fly, we had to leave behind items we couldn't take through airport security, and it's a shame to think they might go to waste instead of helping the next guest!
