They want 3.50 per day for beach towels and a deposit. We bought a towel for 6 euros instead

Only down was noise from building site opposite , but know that is beyond hotels' control & as we had to book last minute we were glad they had some availability.

Everything! The whole team of Sonia is truly amazing, the ladies of the reception are always really kind and helpful, they are really really professional. I am truly engaged to this hotel, as I have spent there already lots of months. I always really feel like home. The location is perfect, it is really close to the sea. The garden with the swimming pool and the palm trees is magical. The animation is also very very wonderful! The food is exceptional, the restaurant is so so lovely! All the team is working really really hard, they are fantastic people, I like them so much!! :)

Steps down to dining room (no lift) were tricky for our mum who struggles with mobility

The location is perfect, just behind the port and surrounded by restaurants, shops and markets. Building is probably new and very well maintained, you can see great quality from your first step. Reception lounge is ample and reception staff is very friendly. I tried to speak Spanish but she switched to English once she saw we were not locals, which was a pity for me. We picked a promo room, however we got a free upgrade as those were not available anymore. We got then a double room with 2 double beds. The room is ample and with a balcony, equipped with a kettle, cups, fridge, a proper wardrobe, toiletries and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The facilities consist of an indoor and outdoor bar, an outdoor pool with many sunbeds, a jacuzzi and an indoor pool, where the said water temperature was 29 degrees. To use the indoor pool you need a swimming cap. Between the outdoor pool and the outdoor bar there are many chairs and tables to chill out. There’s also a very small gym with mostly free weights, only one bench, a squat rack and cardio machines. We got half board, so breakfast and dinner were included. Breakfast has a wide variety of continental items, including hot and salad bar, yoghurts, fruits, breads, pastries and some local items like churros, including also coffee and juice from a machine, tea and water. The coffee quality is horrible though and I haven’t tried any juices. Now for dinner we were very shocked that we had to pay for drinks and this also includes water! Anyway, the food variety is good, with many hot dishes, salad bar, fruits and many desserts, which were all delicious. The hotel is very good, well located but they could at least give free water during meals and have a water fountain in the corridors where guests could take it at any time.

Breakfast starts only at 8am, which was too late for one of our days when we wanted to take a toor before that. This caused us not to take the tour and we had to rent a car. We paid €2.30 for a 1L bottle, which is refilled from a water fountain. Be aware that you can hear anything when people are talking in the corridors, especially if you like to sleep "early" in Spanish standards.
