Sentido Bellevue Beach- All Inclusive & Beach Access

What I liked most about this hotel was its excellent location and the wonderful swimming pool, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The food was tasty and well prepared. While the selection was not extremely extensive, there was enough variety to satisfy different preferences, and the quality of the dishes was consistently good. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The rooms were not very well soundproofed, and we could sometimes hear noise from neighboring guests. However, this is not entirely the hotel's fault, as it also depends on the consideration and behavior of other guests. It would also be nice if disposable slippers were provided in the rooms, as this is a service often expected in a four-star hotel. Another point was the availability of drinking water. We received only one bottle of water upon arrival, and for the rest of our stay we had to purchase our own from a nearby supermarket. This was particularly inconvenient at night, when the water dispensers were not accessible. These were relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make the overall guest experience even better.

Locatia este intr-avedar langa plaja Puteti cosuma pe plaja bauture si mancarea ofertita la piscina Personal foarte amabil si dragut.

Cea mai rea experienta ! Nu sunt un om sensibili si pretentios, dar am platit o suma de bani care nu este neglijabila pentru un sejur de 5 nopti la acest hotel All Inclusive. Mancarea este aproape aceeasi in fiecare zi, insa problema este igiena sau calitatea acestor alimente !! Este inadmisibil sa platesti ca sa te imbolnavesti. Atat noi, cat si alti turisti de diferite nationalitati ne confruntam cu probleme serioase. Avem dureri de stomac, varsaturi sau suntem nevoiti sa stam doar pe toaleta, toaleta care este igienizata fictiv !! Piscina nu este igienizata nici ea drept urmare am contactat si probleme dermatologice!! Supa este instanta iar mancarea semipreparata. Excluzant fructele, nimic nu este proaspat. Chiar si painea congelata este reutilizata pana la epuizare desi este gumata si necomestibila. In acest moment nu avem apa, iar apa calda este un lux de care nu ne prea bucuram ! Sezlongurile sunt insuficiente si desi sunt anunturi ca nu se pot rezerva, majoritatea turistilor le tin ocupate de seara pana a 2a zis cand vin dupa-amiaza iar conducerea in loc sa isi faca treaba ne pun in situatia de a ne certa noi intre noi ! Piscina este si ea la comun cu hotelul invecinat! Pe timpul zilei ti se ofera o jumatate de carnat in paine care se numeste : hotdog sau vafe al carui aluat se tine in soare si arata groaznic. Chiflele vechi, iar hamburgerul este o bucata de carne congelata tinuta toata ziua pe gratar si doar reincalzita din cand in cand ! Parcarea se plateste si ea 25/30leva pe zi ca masina sa stea in boscheti pentru ca hotelul are maxim 10-15 locuri care sunt mereu epuizate, si pe care le platesti cu aceeasi suma enorma! Cu siguranta ma voi adresa autoritatilor competente atat eu cat si restul turistilor cu, care am discutat aceste probleme ! Va rog fugiti de aceasta locatie!!!! Singurele plusuri ale locatiei sunt personalul amabil si amplasarea hotelului pe plaja ! Daca vreti sa va plimbati, nu aveti unde si as spune mai multe dar nu mai pot adauga.
