След 4:30 няма топла вода, климатикът не работи духа само като вентилатор. Плащащ Ол инклузив но за фрапе ти искат 7 лв, за бутилка минерална вода 5 лв. Масите в ресторантът не са достатъчни за всички. Същото се отнася и за шезлонзите около басейнът и на плажа. Като отидеш за даден проблем в рецепцията само “записват” че има проблем но реално не се предприемат никакви действия.

Плажа и местоположението на хотела и персонала с изключение на момчето на бургерите отвън. Никакво уважение към гостите на хотела. Храната беше добра но може още малко ,особено салатите трябва да са свежи а не от предишното хранене .Става въпрос за неделя10.08.25г.иначе другите дни беше добре.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended** I recently stayed at[Hotel and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, the service was not up to standard. The gentleman at the parlor greeted us with a superior attitude that was unwelcoming. He explained the parking procedure in a manner that was confusing rather than helpful. Upon checking in, we encountered further disappointment with the reception staff. The woman at the desk appeared unprofessional and lacking knowledge about her role, which contributed to a less-than-friendly atmosphere. Throughout our stay, her demeanor did not improve, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, our room (122A) was not as expected. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning, and the pillows were uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep. Additionally, my 6-year-old daughter ended up catching a cold from a cold bath we had, necessitating a visit to the doctor after our vacation. On a positive note, the food served at the hotel was quite good and catered to a variety of tastes. However, the service at the outdoor terrace where burgers and omelettes were prepared was disappointing. The staff there displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism, leading to an unpleasant dispute during our meal. Overall, our vacation was far from enjoyable due to the various service issues and the condition of the room. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel to others, as I wouldn't want anyone else to have a similar experience.

Няма топла вода между 18:00 ч. и 22:00 ч., няма предпазители за контакти, банята не е реновирана, за разлика от стаята.

Az egész szálloda gyönyörű és nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű. A belső medence és a part is szuper, gyönyörű a kilátás. A szolgáltatásokra nem lehet panasz. Előfordulhat, hogy várni kell pár pillanatot néhány ételre vagy esetleg asztalra, de ekkora vendég tömegnél ez bőven elfogadható. A szemészet nagyon kedves és készséges.

Totul a fost OK. Vom reveni cu placere !
