1. Retraso en el check-in: se me hizo esperar un tiempo excesivo para poder acceder a mi habitación. 2. Falta de agua en la habitación: desde la llegada, la habitación no contaba con suministro adecuado de agua, lo que afectó directamente a mi confort y bienestar. 3. Deficiente limpieza: la habitación presentaba un nivel de limpieza muy precario, inaceptable para un alojamiento de estas características. 4. Desayuno buffet misma comida congelada y barata todos los días

The food was horrible, room had no air con and only 1 plug socket available that was in the bathroom! Sink was cracked and tiles broken in bathroom. The hotel was quiet yet still put us in a room with the worst view and a loud generator thing in front of the balcony. The daytime bar man was so miserable. The rest of the staff were pretty friendly and it was pretty clean but I still definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, piscine grande mais malentretenue , beaucoup de bruit et de cris des enfants. Chambre basique, salle de bain petite et malpropre et le plus mediocre c'est le manque de climatisation surtout en plein mois de juillet. Voisins bruyants et balcons petits. Les chambres qui donnent sur la piscine sont les plus touchées par le bruit et les cris des enfants. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hôtel car mauvaise qualité prix.
