Osoblje ,kamp

Bili smo sa djetetom od 5 mjeseci i platili krevetić za bebu… dobili smo slomljen i neupotrebljiv dječiji krevet.. u subotu navečer kad smo primjetili da je krevetić slomljen nikoga nismo mogli dobiti na telefon ,u nedjelju kad sam dobio osoblje na telefon svi su imali slobodan dan a na porukuna aplikaciji su nam odgovorili u ponedjeljak u 10 i 30, pola sata nakon odjave iz kampa… Naravno da povrat novca nisam dobio ali sto je najgore nisam dobio ni izvinjenje.. Užasno bezobrazno i naravno da se nevraćeni vise…

Total unkomplizierte, rasche Abwicklung des Check in. Super tolle freundliche Mitarbeiter von Easy Tent haben uns am Zelt empfangen und alles erklärt und waren stets bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ein ganz großes Lob an das Team!!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

"Trotz der Kürze ein toller Urlaub, so wie wir uns das erhofft hatten."

Unser Zelt war für uns perfekt. Die Lage war genial, da wir zu allen wichtigen Orten (Waschhaus, Toiletten, Müllplatz, Pool) nur wenige Schritte entfernt waren. Schade dass wir nur eine Woche bleiben konnten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nichts. Für uns alles perfekt.
