Comfortable clean beds. Quiet room.

There was a big wedding taking place which meant all the available staff were focussed on that. No-one on reception to ask whether they had for example, sachets of deff tea or coffee for the room, and no-one there again next day to check out. Left keys on counter in the end. Just not enough experienced staff to provide a good service really.

No working TV in room. No attempt to correct problem or offer an alternative or compensation. Broken taps in bathroom. Unprotected (no security cameras) parking in inconvenient location FAR at the back of hotel. No seating in restaurant/bar. Had to eat dinner at a very noisy / overcrowded counter. All in all, a poor experience for me and for Booking.
