The staff were lovely and would do anything for you. The room was spotless (although it was exceptionally cold, I think this was due to the time of year - March).

Extremely noisy residents, which kept you awake. (Perhaps this was just luck of the draw)... so unless I visited again, I wouldn't hold the apartment itself against the owners.
