"Un apartamento de batalla muy desgastado"

Tiene una terraza estupenda con muy buenas vistas.

El apartamento está viejo, el mobiliario bastante desgastado por el uso. La cocina lo peor, muy sucia pegajosa de la grasa, los muebles, el microondas y la campana extractora deberían cambiarlos.

Zeer ruime kamer met compleet keukentje en ruim terras met mooi uitzicht (3e etage). Leuke omgeving met winkels en terrasjes. Binnen 6 à 8 minuten lopen op de strandboulevard (Paseo Marítimo). Heel vriendelijk en flexibel personeel.

De badkamer is aan renovatie toe, maar alles werkte wel naar behoren.
