The food was average. My aunts have stayed at your hotel for 3 years and they stated the food was better last year.

Service was wonderful. The lobby seating was poor - certainly too low for seniors. My aunts had trouble getting up. This was my first time in Benidorm and I was aware of the high number of foreign tourists. But the overall experience, with the high number of large male groups getting drunk and loud was not for me. The reason my aunts continue to return to your hotel is because you are one of the few remaining hotels that serves three meals a day. I, myself, will not be returning to this area.
