Our stay was exceptional due to the hotel's luxurious amenities and prime location for exploring Central Switzerland. The room was spacious, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff provided top-tier service. Most notably, the balcony views are breathtaking—you can see lush green mountains, snow-capped peaks, and a waterfall directly from your window. Its central location made traveling to Interlaken (30 mins) and Lucerne (1.5 hours) very convenient.

The only area for improvement is the Wi-Fi connection, which was consistently poor and often completely unavailable during the night. Reliable internet is essential for travelers, and a more stable guest network would significantly enhance the overall experience.

The interior of the building was very charming, with a historic atmosphere and real character. The room was spacious, and the view was beautiful. The fruits and snacks left in the room were a very thoughtful touch.
