Pekný čistý hotel - dobra strava a perfektny vyber nápojov v rámci all inclusive

Boli sme tam aj cez sezónu v auguste a mimo hlavnej sezóny v juni a v juni bol oveľa menší vyber jedal (hlavne co sa.tyka výberu zeleniny ....alebo napr. príloha k jedlám v juni boli iba hranolky)

Blisko plaży, dookoła restauracje i dobra komunikacja. Z każdego balkonu dobry widok na morze. Animacje i osoby prowadzącej animacje bardzo życzliwe.

Bardzo niemiły, a wrecz złośliwy personel w recepcji oraz w barze, pokoje sprzątane tylko 4 razy (miały byc codziennie), platne wi-fi (miało być darmowe), bardzo mały parking za który zapłaciliśmy i dostawca przerysował nam auto. Płatne ręczniki na basen. Bardzo mała stołówka, ciągle brakowało miejsca. Jedzenie fatalne, nieświeże, kiepskiej jakosci, nawet owoce były stęchłe. Codzienna niestrawność gwarantowana. W Polsce sa bardziej dojrzałe pomidory! Kawa której nie dało się wypić- dobrze ze dookoła są kawiarnie. Napoje to jakieś pseudo soki i napoje z proszków. W łazience totalnie malo miejsca, łóżka twarde, klima nie działała zawsze, windy się zacinały. W pokoju grzyb na ścianie. Za te pieniądze śmiech na sali. Podobne odczucia mają inni turyści, również z innych krajów. Nie polecam nikomu i nie mam pojecia skąd taka wysoka ocena na bookingu. Wprowadza w błąd.

Parkovanie s nedalo dopredu rezervovat, ale nakoniec sme ho ani nepotrebovali. Chybalo mi tekute mydlo a sprchovy gel v kupelni (sice sme ho dokupili, ale myslim si, ze je to standard) Spravanie vacsiny hosti. Obsadzovanie lehatok rano, blokovat ich pre svoju sebeckost je trapne. Hlavne ked tam potom nikto na tych lehatkach nebol. Hotel to mal sice napisane v pravidlach, ale mali by k tomu razantne zakrocit a osusky na lehatkach vyhadzovat.

Az elhelyezkedése, környezete kiváló és az animátorok munkája is kimagasló volt. Nekik nagy köszönet! A személyzet is nagyon kedves.

Az étkezés sajnos kritikán aluli volt. 90%-ban mirelit és majdnem minden nap ugyan azok voltak kirakva. A választási lehetőség is nagyon kevés. Illetve az étkező rendszere, hangulata se indokolta, hogy pár perccel is tovább maradjunk, miután befejeztük azt. Az ágyon lévő matrac ki volt teljesen feküdve, borzasztó kényelmetlen volt. A lepedőről vagy a takaróról óriási mennyiségű szösz jött le ami az egész szobát és az összes ruhánkat beborította szó szerint...a napozó ágyak mennyisége sokkal kevesebb volt mint a vendégek vagy akár a szobáké, ha korán reggel nem terítette le az ember a törölközőjét akkor napközben szinte lehetett volt hozzájutni egyhez is.

Cons: Hidden Fees & Paywalls: Despite booking an "All-Inclusive" package, basic amenities come with ridiculous price tags. Wi-Fi is only free in the lobby; in-room access is paid. The room safe is locked unless you pay for the key. Pool towels require a €15 deposit and a €5 fee for every single change. We refused to pay these extra charges, but it is absurd that a supposedly all-inclusive hotel operates like this. Terrible "All-Inclusive" Bar: The beverage selection was a joke. There were only 2 non-alcoholic cocktails available, which consisted purely of syrup and ice; you then have to go to a self-service machine to add your own soda or tonic. I don't drink alcohol, but the non-alcoholic options were completely neglected. Sunbed Reservation Issue: The pool area was frustrating. Sunbeds were almost always fully "occupied" with towels for hours, yet the pool and surrounding area remained completely empty. It was impossible to find a free spot to lie down because of this unchecked behavior. Poor Housekeeping: The room was cleaned only once during our entire 4-night stay. Since it was summer, the floor was constantly covered in sand from the beach, and it stayed dirty. Misleading Beach Location: The hotel photos show a beach right at the property, but the hotel has no usable beach. The area behind the fence is full of massive rocks where swimming is impossible. The actual swimmable beach is a 500-meter walk away. Plumbing Incident: Water started heavily leaking from the bathroom ceiling where the pipes were hidden. It genuinely looked like a pipe burst and the ceiling was about to collapse. We had to wait for about half an hour just for the staff to arrive and start repairs. Horrible management, misleading descriptions, and cheap upselling. Do not recommend.

The only couple of thing that were up to expectations are hotel`s location and the room that was closest to the sea. Staff was good (reception and restaurant).

Hotel was advertising "all inclusive" while its a full board with drinks all day. Choice of food was bellow par and lacks variety, only one type of soup per day (most likely stock cube), fruit selection was limited. Because of lack of or repeated dishes, we ordered something couple of times from restaurants nearby. In the rooms you get a small soap per person, no shampoo - so people bring your own. We asked for room cleaning to deal with sand that accumulated after 5 days, we only got new towels and emptied trash bin which was disappointing. In the evening the music battle starts with hotel nearby, as both hotels organize evening animations. If you close the terrasse it is bearable. The good thing it stops at 11 PM. WiFi is paid if you want to have it in the room, otherwise you need to go to hall where its free. To be honest, if you come to Mallorca and want to explore the island you don't need all inclusive, so for same money you can get better half board hotels (visited friends in their hotel in town nearby). We have been to a lot of hotels and with different arrangements, but this was way below expectations and I would not recommend it for the price they are asking.

Bardzo blisko plaży. Jedzenie było ok choć mogłoby być bardziej zróżnicowane. Ogólnie dobre wrażenie.

Muzyka na żywo była tragiczna. Animacje dla dzieci średnie.
