"very convenient stay, we will happily return"

clean, comfortable, equipped with all necessary kitchen staff, even a BBQ was available. Very peaceful and quiet surrounding and yet Cala Ratjada is at very short distance (some 5 km)

some more outdoor lights to illuminate the premises at night would be helpful

"Would probably come back agin."

Very quiet and relaxed location - no frills but scenic views, clean, comfortable and stress free. Very friendly and helpful staff who always responded to enquiries (mainly by text). Excellent location close to a resort but also in the countryside.

The pool was a bit far from the apartment and rather cold but neither were a big deal. The location was slightly less convenient for some of the places we wanted to visit (being at the north east of the island) but having siad that the area is charming

"Die Wohnung war gut und sauber, die Außenanlage war ungepflegt"

Die Wohnung (Nr.2) war groß und ganz gut eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Der Pool war sauber und groß, er hätte bisschen tiefer sein können. Parkplätze waren reichlich vorhanden.

Die Außenanlage ist sehr vernachlässigt und ungepflegt. Das Geschirr ist etwas zu wenig. Zu wenig Töpfe. Wir mussten erstmal die Kaffeemaschine entkalken. Die Matratzen sind total durchgelegen.

Top Lage, ruhig, urig, nettes Personal

Die Küchenausstattung ist recht "übersichtlich". Die Mikrowelle würde ich nicht mehr verwenden weil komplett verrostet. Leider Keine Insektengitter in den Fenstern. Erster Einkauf sollte also unbedingt Gelsenstecker sein.

"Me he quedado 5 dias pero podria haber estado 5 más"

Perfectamente ubicado muy cerca de Cala Rajada. Piscina muy bonita y bien cuidada cerca de campos ganaderos. Estuvimos en el estudio 5 y es grande y super bien equipado con todo: aire acondicionado, cocina, nevera, microondas, baño nuevo, tendedero, mesa interior, mesa exterior y una cama super grande y comoda.
