The location, the ambience, the space....and the overall mood of the place

Overall we liked everything very much. One shortcoming perhaps was in the apparent shortage of provisions for items such as towels.

"Kaupunkioleskelu hyvillä ympäristön palveluilla, itse asuminen varsin vaatimatonta."

Huoneen sijainti oli huippu, ihan keskellä kaupunkia ja samoin näkymät merelle - ei voisi olla hienompaa. Talon alakerrassa oli viihtyisä kahvila - sai tuoreet croissantit ja cappuccinot aamiaiseksi ihan vierestä. Samoin vieressä, n. 200m päässä, oli paikallisjunan asema, sieltä pääsi laajalti ympäristöön tutustumaan.

Itse huone oli ahdas, tilassa ollut "keittiö" todella hankala käyttää ja jäikin enimmäkseen käyttämättä. Huoneessa ei ollut kunnon istuimia, vain kiikkerät retkijakkarat, joten kaikki istuminen piti tehdä sängyllä. Teimme varauksen jo 10kk istten, mielestämme varaamamme asunto oli isompi, kuin mikä käytössämme nyt oli.... Äänieristys oli olematon, joten naapurihuoneen tappelut kuuluivat sisälle todella selvästi. Wifi toimi hiukan katkeillen ja muutaman kerran katkaisi työpalaverin.

Monolocale molto piccolo anche se arredato meravigliosamente e in modo molto tecnologico. La meravigliosa terrazza con vista mozzafiato compensa le scomodità della stanza.

Le dimensioni del monolocale e i problemi di parcheggio.

Центр города, все близко -торговая улица с магазинами, муниципальная парковка, супермаркеты, бесплатный пляж , набережная, историческая палатка мороженого, которая работает до 2-х ночи, концерты и дискотеки. Великолепный хозяин-помогает в любом вопросе, всегда на связи.

Все хорошо, не хватает только кухонных полотенец)
