Posizione centralissima sullo splendido lungomare di Reggio. Staff disponibile e con pronte risposte alle nostre richieste.

Cucina non rifornita di tutto l’occorrente per potere cucinare. Mancava il phon. Un po’ di rumori fastidiosi al mattino a causa di lavori nello stabile. Problemi per uno scaldabagno non funzionante.

Modern and a treasure find

Eine riesige Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, wie auf dem Bild. Eine sehr große, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, wie es sehr selten bei Ferienwohnungen anzutreffen ist. Der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Unbürokratisches check-in und check out. Eine sehr gut vorbereitete Information zu Restaurants und anderer Infrastruktur der Stadt.

The Penthouse Apartment on the top floor is beautifully furnished in a very modern style. The terrace is very large with 2 sun loungers, table & chairs and other seating. The view from the terrace is spectacular overlooking the Straight of Messina. Having a drink on the terrace is great fun. We very much enjoyed staying in the Penthouse as it is very central. Michel was very friendly and efficient, greeting us outside the apartment on arrival and showing us around the apartment. The air conditioning was very good plus there is a coffee machine, good WI Fi and a washing machine.

Only small points but there wasn't a microwave or kettle in the Penthouse plus the kitchen utensils were very thin on the ground. No beer glasses, just 3 wine glasses. Only 3 large plates, no smaller plates. And no spoons !. Also the TV wasn't a Smart TV so getting You Tube etc was a no no. Though Michel kindly said we could park in his private parking space outside the apartment - in reality - 'other people' just park there even though they're not supposed to - so we had to find a parking space elsewhere - which costs about 1 Euro per hour between about 7.30am and 7.30pm outside the apartment. On the main causeway on the front I think you have to pay between the hours of 7.30am and 9.30pm.

locale ben arredato, pulito e confortevole , una bellissima terrazza con vista incantevole sullo stretto. L'host Michele è molto simpatico , gentile ed accogliente .

L’accueil très chaleureux, Michel il est très gentil et serviable , l’appartement est très bien placé et joliment agencé et surtout la vu est magnifique
