Position

The heating in the living room was not working, and it was quite cold

Very good location

Poor lighting around cooker, no Electric kettle, very small , no outside view, initially difficult to access on hoomvip

Fabulous location, comfortable with everything we needed (except a washing machine)

No washing machine (said there was one) and the outdoor furniture was functional but not relaxing

it was cosy, nice and in a great location

there were planned works on the building, which started at 7am and let some dust into the apartment, which we would have appreciated warning on.

I was living in December and wrote in advance to the host that I'll be with kid and asked regarding availability of heating devices in room. When we arrived the temperature inside was +14 and one of two air conditioners was not working. Host provided second heating device pretty quickly so we decided to stay and finally temperature was acceptable, but it took ~1 day to warm up the flat completely to normal temperature (22-23C) and it's good that our kid did not get sick due to the cold flat. As a recommendation to host I'd like to propose to check the condition of heating devices in advance and to turn them on before guests are arriving to have the temperature inside ok from very beginning.

This is a wonderful apartment. So bright and sunny, overlooking a square with orange trees. It is in the perfect spot - central to everything in Cordoba. The property has been modernised inside but retains the character of the area.

No washing machine.
