Hotel Rheinischer Hof

Second stay at this hotel and we love it. The rooms are really spacious, the breakfast is decent, it’s in a great location next to the woods and not far from the autobahn (handy if travelling to and from Scandinavia). Beds are big and the pillows are really comfy - I’d have loved a spare pillow in the cupboard though.

The staff could be a little more enthusiastic in their interactions with their guests - a smile would go a long way!

We have stayed one night in this nice little hotel. + room size, good location, friendly staff, cleanliness - poor noise insulation of windows : we could hear the cars starting early in the morning; breakfast buffet was a bit in poor condition and would require more attention.

It worked! The staff was really service minded! The place had charm and the restaurant was really good; everything seemed prepared with care.

So soll es sein. Immer gerne wieder.

Good location, parking and breakfast

The Hotel is situated within the town but away from major roads, so it was quiet. The reception by the hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The staff in general seemed knowledgable and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was adequate, the food was tasty. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was something for everyone to choose from. The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with walk in shower.
