"Mejor ubicación para visitar Cuenca"

La ubicación es ideal. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto. Para aparcar está un poco más abajo un parking de pago (con un punto de carga lenta para vehículos eléctricos- para quien como yo lo necesite). Más arriba (400m hay un parking grande gratuito.

"Excellent séjour"

Appartement moderne, propre, calme, confortable et bien équipé. Situé dans le haut de la ville, parking gratuit à proximité. Belle vue sur le canyon depuis la chambre.

"Apartamento correcto en Cuenca"

La ubicación es ideal y el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades.

El apartamento necesita un poco de mantenimiento. Hay desconchones en la pintura de las paredes en varias zonas y el mobiliario está un poco machacado.

"Buena ubicación, tranquilidad y vistas."

Lo mejor la ubicación y las vistas. El acceso mediante llaves en cajetín también es un punto a favor, la zona es tranquila dispone de todo lo necesario para cocinar unos días, y además admite mascotas. Está bastante nuevo y limpio, tiene lavadora y lavavajillas y detalles como algunas monodosis de café y aceite.

Pequeños detalles solventables pero a tener en cuenta: la cama del dormitorio son 2 camas de 105 cm pegadas, el agua de la ducha se sale por un lado de la mampara y algunos enchufes no funcionan. Al ser buhardilla solo tiene 1 ventana pequeña en el salón y otra en el dormitorio también pequeña, y eso lo hace un poco oscuro.

La ubicación fantástica, y las vistas realmente preciosas. La cama comodísima. Todo bien.

En las horas centrales del día puede ser complicado aparcar, el aparcamiento tras el arco se llena.
