HUGE. It's promoted as 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. It's 3.5 baths. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a TALL bed with a full bath. It needs a stool for the bed. Otherwise, perfect and private. Half bath off the hall is a bonus. Upstairs laundry room, 2 queen bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, middle bedroom is a nice double bunkbed room with a Jack and Jill bathroom separating it from the next bedroom with a king bed. The loft has 2 daybeds. The only thing I'd suggest for guests is to bring an eye mask. The upper transom windows in the bedrooms don't have shades and the outside is brightly lit. The lower windows have curtains that's perfect for privacy.
