In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sat 23 Mar 2024 until Fri 10 May 2024 Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sat 28 Sept 2024 until Sun 03 Nov 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 9 per person for the linen and EUR 6 per person for the towels. Late check-in after 20:00 is only possible upon prior confirmation by the property. Please note that your reservation is otherwise not guaranteed. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. A high chair for children is available on request. Please note that heating (gas) is not included and will be charged EUR 5,00 per cubic meter when used. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 euro per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed
