Mi experiencia en este hotel fue completamente inaceptable. Durante nuestra estadía, mi esposa contrajo escabiosis (sarna), algo que jamás esperas al hospedarte en un lugar que supuestamente cumple estándares mínimos de higiene. El problema, claramente, está relacionado con sus políticas permisivas respecto a mascotas dentro del hotel. Entiendo que sean “pet-friendly”, pero eso no puede estar por encima de la salud y seguridad de los huéspedes. La falta de control, limpieza profunda y protocolos adecuados es evidente. Esto no es un tema menor: estamos hablando de una condición médica contagiosa que genera molestias serias y requiere tratamiento. Un hotel tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar condiciones sanitarias básicas, y aquí fallaron gravemente. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Si valoras tu salud y la de tu familia, mejor busca otra opción.
