Spirit of Prince Street Hull Old Town

Chosen for location and facilities, as partner was due to undergo an early morning procedure at Hull R I. This was ideal for our 2 night stay. We used the nearby multi storey car park which was recommended to us. Plenty of restaurants/pubs a short walk away (as well as the indoor market/ Cathedral/Marina) Our stay was in January/ mid week, and it was quiet (I'm not sure if it gets livelier at weekends as a thoroughfare between pubs etc). Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom. Useful utility room too (This had a clothes rail - there wasn't any storage furniture in the bedroom) We enjoyed the local information/history of the area. The building (as mentioned by the owners) is old, and the floor boards do creak. Noise from rooms above is noticeable - We did find that ear plugs were provided! It didn't bother us, we were just aware! Looking forward to staying here again

Lovely decor. Clean property. Excellent hosts. Great location. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay again if visiting the area.

Only minor points, sofa was slightly low and saggy. Extra hand towel would have been useful and also maybe a jug water filter.

Stayed here a few times now and always really happy with our stay, it’s in a brilliant location, always clean and staff are helpful.

Love the apartment. Sofa is maybe a little bit on it's last legs and not the comfiest but aside from that everything was beautiful!

Great communication from owner, great location and all the facilities I needed for just a one night business stay.

It wasn’t clear how to work the shower and it was a rooms were very dark and the rooms were very cold when we arrived.
