Great location, great communication with the hosts, they clearly enjoy providig a good service. We actually live in Hull but needed a few days break away from my caring responsibilities and also time to rehab after an operation. We’re very keen on city living now! Will return to this property next time we want to be in town.

Nothing in life is perfect, but I can’t think of any negatives! Thank you.

The flat itself is gorgeous and very clean.

Unfortunately there is building works going on in neighbouring properties, this is incredibly loud and disturbing. The noise continued for our entire stay. Hosts promised a percentage refund, which they still have not refunded.

What a wonderful stay right in the heart of my home city of Hull. Having - somewhat coincidentally - worked for years in the building next door, I knew only full well the charm of Prince Street, a calm oasis in the middle of the city centre. I was actually working from the building next door when the owners were carrying out the extensive work on creating the wonderful property they now have. Everything one would've wanted from a weekend retreat was there. And more. From the ultra comfortable bed, to the well-apportioned and ultra clean bathroom, to the kitchen facilities and the wonderful living room area - everything was on point. Immaculate throughout, very light and bright, and almost unfeasibly spacious, our short stay was a total joy. Why spend the same money at a faceless, generic city centre hotel when you can rest up in the historic old town, in the most tranquil, beautiful of accommodation?

Come on! Have a word with yourself. "What didn't I like?". I simply cannot fault this place.
