Навіть враховуючи наявність вентиляторів, було дуже жарко, хотілося щоб кондиціонер працював ( Але це мій недогляд, в оголошенні він і не був зазначений.

Location is great, quiet street in a minute from city center.

A terrible noise from an old refrigerator, which can only be turned off immediately. Plastic cold chairs (and everything rolls off the back). The toilet is not washed (the water is transparent and everything is visible). No liquid soap! Shampoo in a bag for one time usage of short hair person... Toilet paper - just sealed rolls (stuff is so lazy?) It is suggested to hang towels apparently on the unit at a level below the hips behind the door (of course, you can’t even hang a large towel there) 🤦🤦🤦 Flies are flying (a couple of dozen), the walls are full of them crushed. Bedside lamps - the cheapest and brightest. The socket by the bed is only on one side - and the bed is for two people! Pillows - flat, like for chairs. And long. These are not pillows for sleeping. I immediately want to leave here, even if I lose 80€ per night. Unfortunately, I have three nights here. (and next Padua apparentment was wonderful, really amazing flat - for same price! This should be at least 3 times lower)

Firstly, there were a lot of butterflies in the apartment. I know it is a problem of old buildings like that one but I think that something should be done (for example, covering ALL the tubature in the bathroom). Secondly, the mattress was thin and short and not good for 2 people. Moreover, pillows and blankets were old and dirty (we found a red spot in one pillow). Finally, some drawers were closed with signs stating "don't open". The drawers were not essential as the apartment has enough wardrobes, but it is something that I expect more for a sublet and not an holiday rent. Basically, if I pay almost 80€ per night I expect a better place. It is totally not aligned with the price.

Great location and apartment with lots of facilities.

My mistake, but I missed that this property doesn’t have air conditioning. There is a unit in the apartment but not sure if it works. I would not recommend this apartment if you are visiting Padua in the summer. Minimal contact with staff due to electronic checkin. Would have preferred some human contact but perhaps that is just me.

Location - right in the heart of things. Comfortable and well equipped.
