Welcoming hosts; lovely, spacious room; spotlessly clean; fabulous shower; the dog was as enthusiastically welcomed as I was; delicious, freshly prepared breakfast. I would unreservedly recommend this place and it was excellent value.

Central location. Quiet. Covid limited contact with the owners who were friendly when encountered - doing what they can to make it safe. Parking in Bideford is an issue with residents permits and time limits hence had to be up before 8am to move the car then out before 9am to feed a meter. Breakfast was included albeit limited to a cooked plate - very tasty, well-cooked veggie. TV limited to a few basic channels, wifi worked well. Good sized room with plenty of refreshments. Although £65 seemed a tad expensive (with parking issues) it seems to be around standard for the area for good accommodation in a town centre. Can thoroughly recommend the quality of this property and Bideford, although lught on places of interest, is pleasant with its tidal river, has plenty of amenities and is a great base for touring. On a selfish note, the accomm was next to my favourite Devon soccer ground!

Despite COVID19, this was a very pleasant stay indeed. Clean room, clean bedding and towels, a nice breakfast, an attentive host.

Superb hosts. Well equipped and beautiful rooms of a high standard. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely book again when next in the area.
