* friendly, kind and witty staff * except the issue with the safe, they are well organised * food at the asian restaurant was excellent (you have to reserve a table if you wanna eat at a restaurant instead of having the buffet) * every dessert with chocolate * cheese * main dishes and their variety * infrastructure within the resort * seize of the pools * enough sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach * chilling with a sheisha at the beach under the stars * seize of the room and the balcony * getting water bottles every day * amphitheatre (there is a show each night) * snorkeling tour with the dive club

* the safe had an issue. To get it fixed, we had to be in the room. We waited 45min. Firstly it looked like it is working. When realising the safe won't open, we had to wait again for ish 45min. * dessert which was colorful (but it may have not been to our liking only)
