Diamond Villas

The Pool is great, location is very nice, new neighborhood. Late pool parties are awesome with a group of friends You can see the sunset from a close-by location. The beach that is close by is not really goo to sit with the towell and there are no public sunbeds. Around Paphos and Cyprus, a rental car is a must.

We booked 2 villas (Villa 6 and Villa 5) Everything was excellent, clean and equipped in the kitchen as well as in the pool and in the fireplace! The owner of the villa is very nice and took care of everything we asked for, including baby beds! An excellent choice for a family vacation!

The size, pool and outdoor area. The location was good being near the sea front but there are no restaurants or bars as such to walk to. Good to have beach towels so you don’t need to pack any.

The standard of equipment was poor. Old plastic coffee machine that didn’t work properly, non stick pans scratched and unusable. Old mismatching glasses and cutlery which was a shame as the villa etc. was great. Some new equipment would make a big difference. Bathrooms could do with an update and some matching coat hangers instead of all the odd wire and plastic assortment.

The owner was very nice and informative, the location is great between Paphos and Coral bay in a quiet neighbourhood

The villa is quite old and can be improved, but that’s a luxury and not an essential thing

The villa was quiet, comfortable and very clean The garden was unexpectedly lovely and the pool, although small, was a great addition. There was a small shop just around the corner which was useful and some great shopping and restaurants within a few minutes drive. You could also get a drink from the hotel that was about 100 metres away. The owners had also kindly left us cheese, ham, butter, bread and milk in the fridge for our arrival which as very welcome.

No soap in any of the bathrooms, no tablets for the dishwasher, no powder for the washing machine. No cooking oil or pepper and only a small salt shaker.

More privacy on rear end of garden from road and people walking by Ensuring items were fixed - broken dishwasher trays, horrendous sandwich toaster, electrical sockets - had to wiggle plugs for them to work (not safe) and little bolt sticking out of upstairs bathroom floor near sink. Hurt like hell and caused bad cut in bare foot. One plug for two baths Blinds in one room had what look like blood drips on them 🤢 Lack of information for use of washing machine Lack of Wi-Fi for most of our holiday Wi-Fi engineers were messy and failed to clean up dirt and dust they caused

Great location, the owner is very helpful, everything was available , very much recommend
