Quinta Suites

The owner is very kind and helpful and is always on site to give advice and directions and offer to share his catch of fresh fish with us and even cook it up for all to have. This place had everything we needed, it was very clean, I felt safe, and it was located in a great place that was perfect for walking around downtown. Quinta Suites is in a perfect location, close to town, local dive shops and restaurants. Carlos is an amazing host and took care of anything we needed. He exceeded our expectations by far. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner is a fantastic host; accommodating, very helpful with one-of requests. The property is immaculate, bed is comfortable. Roof top patios are perfect for a lazy afternoon. Would most definitely stay again.

Quinta Suites is a very nice place to stay. It is clean, comfortable, and is located in what i believe to be the ideal location in Cozumel. Quinta Suites is walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and the ferry. As a bonus, Carlos the owner is great. He lives at the property, and is a wealth of information about what is, and isn't good in the area. If you need anything, Carlos is there to help. I intend to stay at Quinta Suites again.

Spacious recently remodelled suite with kitchenette. Great shaded outdoor spaces. Many restaurants and dive shops closeby. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

I came for 10 days, extended an extra week, and I’ll be back. Carlos is a great host and did a wonderful job renovating this place. George’s cooking is delicious, the location is ideal, and the little touches (herb garden, rooftop workout space) make for an awesome all-around stay! One-block from the water and just south of Centro, the convenient but quiet location, strong and reliable wifi, and two separate terraces create the perfect environment to work, explore, relax, and socialize. Highly recommend this place for short or long term stays, and for those coming to dive, work, or just looking to escape for a bit. Thanks again, Carlos, and all the best of luck to you!

My stay at Quinta Suites was excellent! The place was modern, clean, comfortable, quiet, and within walking distance of everything in town. It felt like a home away from home. The owner Carlos was extremely attentive, hospitable, and an all around awesome guy. Don't miss some of his fresh caught fish tacos at his attached restaurant!
