NOTHING I LIKED.

his hotel was a landmark one in 1990s . With that expectation I booked a saty. Unfortunately they have not evolved with the times and have gone seedy. Horribly rude staff, especially the middle aged lady manning the reception , loud ruckus and noise by staff after 10 PM, total disturbance through the night, AC leaking condensate water into the room ( No 163) and what not. They dont even give a tea kettle and expect guests to go outside and fend for themselves for early morning cuppa tea!!! Comme on! what age are they living in???? The only saving grace was the quality of food in SYamantak restaurant. Excellent. Bloody downright third rate dump ..that is what Elite is, as of today

Old property well maintained Food was good and quite reasonably priced

The ambiance in the common area was not clean and beds and other things dumped here and there
