Midway Motel - Richmond

It was clean.

The mattress was hard making for an uncomfortable sleep. We were only given a bath towel, no bath mat hand towel or face washer. The guest washing machine was broken and we had to go over to the caravan park and use theirs.

Nothing really

Very over priced for the size and quality of the room Very thins walls was able to hear the guests next door every move - no privacy and noisy . Was woken many times in the night

Beautiful room...great location

Neither the wifi or TV were working....no communication about this and no discount because of it....on saying that though...it was clean and a beautiful room

It’s part of the roadhouse complex and adjacent to a pretty lake and walking trail. The rooms are modern with good bathroom amenities. The curtains significantly reduce light ingress. Please note that the management has listed a notice regarding no wifi or television in the rooms. They stated they are seeking a technician to rectify this. This may need to be a consideration if booking the motel during this period when these services are off line.

We would have liked more kitchen items such as crockery and cutlery for meals. The current provision is for tea and coffee making.

The Bathroom was modern. The bed was ok

No TV even though it said they had TV, I ended up connecting my laptop to the TV via an HDMI cord, so we had something to watch, no information in the room regarding Wi-Fi connection, what to do with the key. I ended up having to go back to the staff member at receptions three times to get information out of them. I rewashed the floor as it was filthy. We ended up going to the local pub and having a great meal.

Not much we didn't stay .. checked out and booked another motel which was 100% better

Said lake view on our booking . The lake is across the road. No wifi ..Tv .. very basic
