Fuimos en verano y el calor dentro del apartamento era insoportable, no disponen de aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no servian de mucho…

La ubicación a 2 minutos andando de la Catedral y lo limpio y amplio que era. El checkin sin contacto.

No está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida. Es una segunda planta sin ascensor y la subida es por una escalera estrecha

The apartment was clean and and big, location was perfect

The apartment was always warm, AC was only working for the living room, not for other rooms

They brought a new toaster straight away when I said the toaster wasn't working.

FLATELI'S ACCOUNT WITH BOOKING.COM WAS HACKED and I continued to be bombarded with SCAM EMAILS VIA BOOKING.COM FROM HACKERS pretending to be the hotel for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS! I informed them several times via Booking.com and directly. Flateli said the situation was 'outside of our control' and to 'ignore' the scam emails. They have NO REGARD for the security of their customers. Plus the water heater was leaking and had a bowl under it to catch the water. The error code showed low pressure, which they rectified, but the error message returned soon afterwards - it needs to be fixed. AVOID!

Easy to access... rather enclosed regarding .natural light. Nothing fancy but adequate when you out and about most of the day

Excellent location, lovely apartment. Heating and internet Great.

Lockbox was far away fron the apartment, difficult to go back and forth with luggage in the old city.
