Bel espace. Décoration et équipements simples. Jolie vue et belle terrasse. Appartement dans une belle maison au milieu des immeubles ce qui est agréable

Extrêmement difficile de trouver le 44 mini entrée à l'arrière de la grande maison, en fait on peut rentrer par le restaurant.Entrée pas très propre, pas de lumière dans l'escalier, clé basique ,(genre chambre pas très sécuritaire,) fenêtres et volets difficiles à ouvrir et encore plus à fermer, impossible d'allumer la tv. Que des petites choses qui pourraient être réglées par le propriétaire pour en faire un lieu exceptionnel. un simple mode d'emploi aiderait les visiteurs : comment mettre le chauffe-eau, la tv ect..

I stayed with two small children and it was a very practical and safe apartment for them. It was clean, spacious, absolutely divine terrace view and post importantly - very quiet! Even though in the middle of Split old city. It was perfect.

We booked this place for a short stay in Split with my wife, and from the moment we confirmed, everything was seamless. We received a warm and informative welcome email with all the details about check-in, parking options, and even offers for additional services. The host, who also runs a boutique tour agency, arranged an incredible luxury day trip for us to Krka National Park—an unforgettable experience! The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the ground floor restaurant—it serves amazing breakfasts that you absolutely must try. We also went back for dinner, and it was equally outstanding. We genuinely loved our stay, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back here on our next trip to Split!

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have more time and couldn't stay there few more days :)

Newly renovated 2 room apartment with a large balcony facing the wonderful, beautiful garden. Special at evenings, when the garden was illuminated. .

This is a reasonably priced studio apartment within walking distance of the old town and harbour. It’s small. And the bed situation is that there is a queen-sized bunk bed. The building is currently (as of Aug 2024) being renovated and it’s not possible to go into the garden, as that is part of the renovation. All in all, we thought this was an ok place and the hosts are nice.

Good location Good value for money if you are looking for a budget stay. Restaurant below is very lovely and good access to Split centre. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly.

Entrance and access was a little confusing at first. The room is basic but it has all the essentials that you will need.
