Focus is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the old town but very quiet. The family are so nice, they have very little English( much better than my Vietnamese 🤣) but they take great effort to communicate with you. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable and the shower great. It is fantastic value and we would certainly stay in the future.

If you look for a comfortable homestay, I recommend Focus! Great value for the price. Duc and Linh are very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast included, and they also offer laundry service. The room was like in the photos and the bed was very comfortable to sleep!

Our stay here was amazing. The owners are super friendly and always looking to help you with any questions you have. Rooms are clean. Booked airport taxi with them, is cheaper compared to Grab. Quiet location (in a small side walking street) Breakfast is eggs plus baguette OR Pho. And some fruit and coffee/tea. For a small fee they washed our clothes, they smelled great and were folded ver nicely . We would book again!

Focus homestay has good location, convenient and fast walking distance from old town and night market. For breakfast they prepare you some fruit, eggs, also pho bo when available (it was very good). Room and bathroom was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Focus Homestay in Hoi An. Duc and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. There is a small flight of stairs up to the room, which was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable. They helped with our large luggage Fresh towels were provided every day, and the beds were excellent. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and included fresh fruit and coffee—we especially loved the pho. The location is perfect: tucked away on a quiet street yet within easy walking distance to everything. The hosts can also organise tours and airport pick-ups if needed. Fantastic value for the location. Highly recommended.

Lage ist gut.

Wir haben ein 35 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer gebucht auf booking. Das Zimmer welches wir bekommen haben hatte diese Größe aber nicht, daher haben wir die Besitzer darauf angesprochen. Sie sprechen schlecht englisch was die Kommunikation schwierig macht. Wir wollten entweder den Preis vom kleineren Zimmer oder das größere Zimmer. Sie sind aber leider nicht darauf eingegangen und haben so getan, als würden sie trotz Translater nicht verstehen auf was wir raus wollten. Nach dem Ergebnislosen Gespräch habe ich mich den restlichen Aufenthalt unwohl gefühlt. Abgesehen davon roch das Zimmer leider unangenehm und feucht, besonders das Bad. Zum Frühstück gab es keine Auswahl. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und hatten beide Tage ein Baguette mit Ei.
