Amazing homestay, the host family were so lovely and accommodating, helping us out with anything we needed including an earlier breakfast and supporting booking transfer when we had to catch a morning flight. The location is great as well, so close to the old town. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Perfect location with amazing hosts that are happy to help with anything you need and provided a delicious breakfast every morning. Room was clean and spacious.

Helped us with bikes, taxis etc. - breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked - rooms clean, large and comfortable - good location just on the edge of Hoi An centre but down a quiet street - really good value - there was a language barrier but with Google translate it was no problem at all - bottled water in the room

The hosts were incredible, the kindest people we have had the pleasure of meeting during our trip in Vietnam. The family are so kind, welcoming, attentive and generous - which made our whole experience in Hoi An second to none. Not only did they provide a delicious free breakfast (Phõ, mango and tea), they also allowed us to borrow their bikes for free so we could cycle to the beach. They upgraded our room free of charge, to one with a balcony, when we arrived too. They were kind enough to do our washing (for a small fee) and this was dried and beautifully folded within the same day. They couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Every place we stayed after Focus Homestay, we compared to this. Despite the language barrier, we had great conversations (via Google translate) and we felt so comfortable in their home. The location is also perfect, close to the hustle and bustle but also far enough away that you don't hear the noise. If we ever visit Hoi An again, we will without a doubt look to stay here. Càm ón!

The owner and his wife were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great with choices the night before which is very thoughtful of them. Location is perfect to explore the town whilst the room being very quiet. We slept great! Fresh towels in the room everyday. Air conditioned room and we had a balcony! Laundry service available for cheap! Best homestay experience we’ve had in Asia so far.

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. The fridge doesn't cool too well.
