I had a good stay at Little Loft Hotel in Phuket. Check-in was quick and easy, no issues at all. The room was clean and housekeeping came every day, which was great. Everything was fine – good value for the price.

The only downsides were a problem with the bathroom faucet, no Netflix or YouTube on the TV, and the location – it’s a bit far from the city center and the beach.

The staff were fine, the room is spacious but not clean, especially the bathroom, we got the room with water behind the toilet 🚽 which made it smelly and the shower looked like haven’t been cleaned for ages We struggled with mosquitoes but the worse was when I opened the closet and had a bunch of mosquitoes coming out of it. We stayed there for 1 night - which is more than enough to visit the area and shopping centre next to it.
