The space of the twin bed is too narrow going to the bathroom and there’s no toiletries in the bathroom . bathroom was wet when we checked in maybe they were too hurry cleaning it (but still not totally clean at least scrub every trice a week because it was smelly ) (toilet paper is upon request) we requested toilet paper and they just gave us like a napkin.

Both rooms were single type, should've been 1 twin room and 1 single room

It was a very nice place, conveniently located close to the venue where I took my licensure exam. Very accessible!

I love that it's cheap and affordable, my cheapest hotel booking in Legazpi City so far. The place is safe and secured. The staff are approachable and friendly.

The wifi connection is really slow. I can't watch the Netflix show I chose because of the slow internet connection. I also didn't like that we booked a queen sized bed, but we're given two single beds instead. I hope that next time, they will stick to the type of room booked, even when the said room is not ready yet. Some customers can wait until it's clean.

The staff are nice and professional.

I requested to check in early and I need to check out early as well because I have to catch the -RoRo schedule in Tabaco. I was required to pay 100php per hour for an earlier check-in. The water from the faucet smells funky. Since there's no potable water available, I need to buy it from a vendo for 1.00 per glass-I think.
