"Very nice place."

I like being able to walk to the restaurants and coffee shops.

I asked for room service daily, and they just couldn't get it. So then I had to search for towels, cups, etc. My husband also slipped and fell in the shower, and we asked for a shower pad, but they never got one for us, so we just used a hand-towel. Its also hard not having an actual chair to sit in.

Clean and comfortable. Not your average hotel room. The layout and choice of decor made it feel more comfortable and more like home.

Snack area was a little confusing how transactions were handled.
