The location was perfect for our needs

Unfortunately this hotel was a letdown. It wasn't as clean as it should be, it was really loud, the mattress needed to be replaced, and the staff weren't very friendly. The toiletries and the lobby were all very strongly scented to the point of being headache inducing. It was probably better when it was newer but as it is I would not stay here again or recommend.

The person at the front desk moved our room so it was more accessible from the elevator. That was greatly appreciated. Aloft has a very modern feel to it. We were able to park near the front door and there are several places to eat within walking distance.

The location is perfect. Scooters across the street and Jimi D's (get the rustic ragu) 100ft from the front door.

Had a room key problem, but the staff at the front desk made sure it was resolved.

"While the effort was there, we waited a long time to get into our room which pushed reservations we had back and our ent"

It was nice and convenient location.

We had to wait an hour and half to get into our room. Once we were told it was ready, it was a room with one bed when we booked a two bed room.

"Delightful"

I liked that it was all suite style! And that there was a separate door for the toilet.

Just that a group of girls was there and they were incredibly loud
