Silvia est extrêmement accueillante et professionnelle. Tout est organisé de manière à ce que rien ne manque. Nous avons apprécié d’être juste à côté du théâtre Massimo, où nous assistons à un opéra. L’emplacement est calme bien que situé dans le centre historique.

If you enjoy being woken by jackhammering at 8am and hearing it continue throughout the day, this is the place for you. We were not notified prior to arrival that major construction was taking place. When we raised it during our stay, the response was that they also had to work with the noise, which made it clear it was an ongoing issue. After leaving, our request for a partial refund was dismissed as “not their responsibility.” While that may be true, it doesn’t change the impact on the guest experience. Full price was still charged despite the significant disruption. The room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view but breakfast was minimal, and overall the noise completely undermined the stay.
