Was able to walk into town and explore. Room was spacious and they had drying racks for our clothes. View of the volcano was great.

The pool wasn't super clean. There was no dinner offered and the staff didn't speak English in the restaurant area.

Von dem offenen Frühstücksraum blickt man direkt auf den Vulkan Arenal und die Natur. Das Frühstück war gut, Kaffee gab es reichlich. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist von Grün umgeben. Man kann in der schönen Anlage schon viele Tiere entdecken. Der überdachte Pool mit Sitzbereich und Hängematte daneben bieten gute Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Vom Hotel aus kann man zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Dort gibt es tolle Bars und Restaurants, sowie vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben eine Nachttour und eine Faultiertour dort in der Nähe gemacht. Beide waren toll, würden wir wieder buchen.

Es gibt dort allerhand kleine stechende Insekten. Das mussten wir beim Frühstück erfahren. Also unbedingt Insektenschutzmittel benutzen.

Great location, was clean & had friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early & also leave bags for the day after check in which was great. Lovely volcano view & nice breakfast.

I loved the staff at this property. From the moment we arrived they made me and Benjamin feel welcomed. They helped me booking activities, the atmosphere at the hostel was fun and friendly. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk to the center of town, and short Ubers to the main attractions.

Benjamin and I LOVED everything about this property!!! I wouldn't even know where to start... The hotel is gorgeous, you feel like you are surrounded by nature in this magical peaceful place, yet you are also walking distance to the center of town and just a short drive from the main attractions. The staff is extremely nice, you can tell they run this place with love, and they genuinely care about every single guest. Norman was a wise, humble, amazing human that made our stay here even more amazing!!
