El personal muy amable, super atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. ofrecen una excursión con Armando muy recomendable para ver perezosos. Habitaciones limpias todas los dias limpiaban y nos cambiaron las toallas

Es un lugar accesible en relación calidad - precio, está super cerca del centro, el apartamento tiene bastante espacio

Excelente lugar para conectarse con la naturaleza muy hermoso y l@s trabajadores son demasiado excelentes

Located just at the end of highly active La Fortuna and was easy to find. Rooms were old style but neat, clean & spacious. I would have preferred room on upper floor but they were all booked. Jose was very helpful with checking-in and providing all necessary information. Restaurant on property provided delicious food at reasonable price so one did not have to go to town in searching for it. Upper deck had beautiful view of mountain and so-many different birds were there to see.

Close to city centre but also right next to sloth forest which gave us a lodge vibe with a scenic view of Arenal Volcano

Reception hours seem to close too early. Limited parking spots.

Good size room and beautiful tranquil setting. Good breakfast and beautiful area for evening drinks and watching wildlife. Great location to town - 5min walk

Rooms need a bit of an overhaul and much of the hotel being rebuilt. Pool area not very initing but adequate

La situación del hotel en plena naturaleza pero cerca de todo, el trato del personal , el tour con Armando, la comodidad de las camas , muy limpio la facilidad que te dan para todo, las vistas al volcán.

Bueno, solo que alimentan a los animales ...pero por lo demas todo un 10.
