HT Hotel Trieste

The family suite was spacious and airy. Clean and fresh with pretty views of the piazza. Staff exceptional along with delicious dinner and breakfast in the hotel.

The breakfast was nice, healthy choices. The staff was friendly. The hotel is new and nicely decorated.

They basically wanted to charge me duple price for breakfast when I went with my 2-year-old. Then when I noticed it and asked what the policy is because no one told me and a 2-year-old eats ridiculously small amounts and if I knew it costs the same, I wouldn't do it. They were confused, called the breakfast staff and then finally said ok to pay for 1 person. The AC in the room is quite loud, I had a hard time falling asleep and there was a flashing fire safety equipment right above the bed, flashing every 30 seconds all night... why?!! As we came for 1 night only, they didn't even tell us about the wellness, I thought there was something though.

Great variety for breakfast. Lovely, friendly staff. Location was terrific. Beside the theatre and a lovely park. There was a market close by today. It’s surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Area is full of history.

Very small name plate on hotel. It was very difficult for my taxi driver to find. There are a few hotels with similar name.

Upscale. Clean and modern.

The server wasn’t very attentive. Could’ve been a language barrier. Food was wonderful.
