Rooms were neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. Family Suite is big enough to accommodate 4 people

Including breakfast package having only 1-2 breakfast items. It should have been buffet instead with few more mixed varieties. Many dish TV channels were not activated, it should rather be smart TV. Intercom is needed to call for services instead of calling over mobile phones.

No staff response No Card payment When booking through Bookings.com All my credit cards are are verifed and later its saying declared by the hotelair and they are asking me to pay for confirming my booking. I booked through the site 4oclock and went for check in by 9.30pm nyt that time are telling that the room booking is not confirmed. Luckily empty rooms are there they collected money from us and confirmed the booking. We went into the room by 10.30 and then they re telling the restaurant closed by 10.30... its horrible handle the situation at the nyt. Here is my question Why the knell you are collecting my card details and doing verification? Once After getting confirmation who is responsible for my booking got cancelled whether hotel or booking.com ? Please see into this issues very seriously. We are using your site for booking for enjoying our tip hassle free, but last time I had a very bad experience.
