Rooms are good , clean and spacious. Furniture is also good.

They serve only two small bottles of water for free per day. That's quite less. There is no choice of breakfast. Only very small fruit bowl, omlette or paratha or poha , two toast with butter and jam. That's it. It is wlkable distance from Anjuna beach which is the worst beach of all.

Swimming pool, secure, good plug sockets, good towels, free toiletries, good fan and aircon

Area a bit out of the way and a few barking dogs nearby but still fine to walk there at night

We have always stayed with this property before it’s a lovely place nice and calm

But recently we notice it really requires maintenance. They really need to repair their room showers, and use new linens because it is a good place but it really needs to be maintained .

It’s a place that is quiet with no passing traffic. Lovely to sit and take it easy on the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful! Close to German bakery!

I had a room bottom floor right at the entrance where many parked their motorcycles. That was a big noisy at times but no big problem.
