Absolutely terrible. Within 24 hours of staying here I lost power and had a major leak coming from the bathroom that flooded all the way out my door when I hadn’t even used water yet! There was no one answering the phone and when I called the main line and the lady i spoke to was extremely rude and was zero help. I had to book another place for the rest of my vacation. By far the absolute worst place you can stay and will not give you a refund or help you at all. If i could give it negative stars I would.

Una bella vista, camera tutto sommato ok. Ma non c'era l'uso della cucina, mentre sulla pagina dove ho prenotato era elencata. Il frigo era piccolissimo poteva contenere solo 4 bottigliette da 0,50. Il bagno stretto, se siete leggermente sovrappeso andare in bagno è un'impresa, il muro di fronte al gabinetto... Vomitevole. La tenda accanto al bagno puzzava terribilmente. Il bidet inutilizzabile. Nessun appendino in bagno neanche per l'asciugamano, il bicchiere per il dentifricio poggiato sul lavabo nonché sporchissimo. L'ingresso del palazzo è sempre aperto. E il benvenuto è una certa puzza di fogna. Insomma.... Per ciò che ho pagato è decisamente un brutto posto

Lage ist gut, Betten leider sehr schlecht (eingelegen, unbequem, Matratzen andauern verrutscht) Es gab leider in der Dusche kein warmes Wasser die Tage. Tpoiletten für Menschen über 1.70 äußerst unpraktisch, Toiletten steht fast an der gegenüberliegenden Wand, keine Beinfreiheit Lage ist sehr gut und man ist schnell im Zentrum zu Fuß

Struttura ricavata da un appartamento dell'ultimo piano di un edificio di edilizia popolare. La camera tuttavia abbastanza accogliente e pulita, fatta eccezione per i vetri in pessime condizioni. Cabina doccia dalle dimensioni e caratteristiche peggio di un WC da barca a vela anni '90! Rapporto qualità/prezzo inconsistente, ma questo in generale per la località che per quanto rinomata, non brilla per accoglienza proponendo cifre ai turisti paragonabili a posti dallo standard molto più elevato (a Cefalu' assenza di strutture sportive di ultima generazione, assenza di centri di immersione professionali, le poche strutture per le attivita' sportive outdoor tipo le passeggiate a cavallo non hanno la benche' minima cura per il cliente!). Troppa domanda per un'offerta inconsistente che porta a costi elevati per servizi molto basic!

Very difficult to find and online check uninformative. Not greeted at prearrange time and forced to wait for host. Advertised as shared kitchen but informed was not to use.

Not So Wondeful Italy! Complete misrepresentation on hotels.com. No kitchen, no terrace. Host was not available via text when I arrived at the front door at preplanned time. Shower tiny and moldy, toilet seat falling off.

Good to be down at the beach and our place was only minutes away from walks along the shore and interesting places in the old town
