The Hotel Orange

Not much, just that the room was clean, but the whole construction is old and it was being remodeled The breakfast was terrible, very disappointing, not many options just cereal boxes, the coffee tasted terrible and it was also lukewarm, the waffles batter was empty and there were no staff readily available

The manager/owner gave us a great room Had pool tables to play in lobby Could see our vehicle from window

The hotel was absolutely garbage! The floors were sticky upon arrival and the whole place was under construction. A pipe busted in the bathroom and flooded our room while we were sleeping and we woke up to wet clothes and feet. Hotel said they were going to refund my money and after many phone call attempts the manager said they weren’t going to refund my money like they said they were going to. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this hotel. Steer clear of this one!

The room was clean and it was my first time traveling and staying in Orange Tx.

The front office lady I spoke with is excellent! She knows how to talk to people. The value of this stay is excellent!

Good location and room was big.

Didn’t get a housekeeper for the 5 days but I didn’t mind since I was there and only my husband was the working one. The side door was never closed. Breakfast could use some work but overall I was satisfied with my stay.

I would hate to give a bad review due to the staff trying their best to make my stay the best it could be. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my needs... i was greatful for that! The housekeeping employee's were also very helpful. I guess what I'm saying is the staff was great, everything else, blaaaaaa
