Staff was extremely polite and courteous. They helped with transportation arrangements. Bungalows are on the beach.

There is no hot water so the shower is lukewarm at best. Bungalows are very basic and somewhat lack maintenance.

10 metres from the sea. staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. we were able to explore the island and have a boat trip for snorkelling and fishing, the resort staff organised all for us.

Where do I even start. This place is overpriced for what it offers. When we arrived, the whole beach was full of trash (garbage) that had been washed to shore from the ocean. After checking in, the staff quickly cleaned the beach and it was like night and day. We were able to enjoy the beach while it was clean. After waking up in the morning, we couldn't believe our eyes the amount of trash that we saw again on the beach. The staff were very apologetic (even though it is not their fault). They stated that they clean the beach 5 times a day. No wonder, it seemed like we were the only guests there at this particular resort. We ended up ending our stay sooner and another hustle was trying to get out of this side of the island to the other side. No one wanted to give us the correct information on what boat can get us there. We we told our only option was getting a private boat which would cost us $100 for a 15 mins ride. After making the decision to leave the island completely, we found out we could have been easily been dropped off by the boat that took us back to the city. Secondly, they need they do a better job of adding more pictures to accurately depict the the bathroom. It is very small and the shower is literally next to the toilet.

I loved that it was quite and remotely. The sea was just in front of my challet and I had a full beach for myself. The water is clean, no rocks perfect for swimming at any time. Food was good and affordable and the all staff it is very attentive to satisfy all the needs. I was attended all the time with a smile and friendly staff that offered all their support on all my inquiries. The wifi connection is good to even work remotelly as I did. Challet was nice and clean. No hot water as they also stipulate in the description, but it is not freezing cold either. It was warmish. For it was just fine. My overall experience it was that I had a week in paradise.

No complains, for me it was just sufficient. Maybe there is no variety on terms of other places to eat and socialise, but with a small boat ride you can get to Saracen bay capital of the island to diversificate. But the hotel restaurant has few good dishes to explore. I didn’t get bored in a week of their food ☺️
